Transportation Information

PLEASE NOTE: The Baltimore Ravens will be hosting the Philadelphia Eagles at 4:25 pm on Sunday, December 1. Attendees should plan for downtown congestion and some possible delays.

Transportation To Baltimore

By Plane: The Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) is served by most national and regional airlines. It is about a 20-minute drive from BWI to the conference hotel.

By Train: Baltimore's Pennsylvania Station is served by Amtrack and MARC trains. The conference hotel is less than 2 miles from Penn Station.

By Bus: Baltimore's Downtown Bus Station is served by Greyhound, Peter Pan, Trailways and other national carriers. The conference hotel is less than 2 miles from the bus station.

Transportation from the Airport

Option 1: Light Rail (Most Convenient)

  1. From BWI to Baltimore Light Rail Station:
    1. Take the Light RailLink directly from the BWI Airport Light Rail Station.
    2. Board the northbound train towards Hunt Valley.
  2. Getting off at the Downtown Baltimore/Camden Yards Station:
    1. Ride for about 30 minutes and exit at the Baltimore Convention Center/Camden Yards station, which is a short walk from the Lord Baltimore Hotel.
  3. Walking to the Lord Baltimore Hotel:
    1. The walk to the hotel 5 minutes to the northeast to 20 W Baltimore St.

Cost: Approximately $1.90 (one-way fare)
Duration: 35-45 minutes (including walking)
Schedule: Light Rail runs every 15-30 minutes, depending on the time of day.

Option 2: MARC Train + Light Rail/Walking

  1. MARC Train:
    1. Take the MARC Train (Penn Line) from BWI Airport Rail Station towards Baltimore Penn Station.
  2. Getting off at Baltimore Penn Station:
    1. The ride to Penn Station takes about 20 minutes.
  3. From Penn Station:
    1. Option 1: Take the Light RailLink southbound (toward Camden Yards) and exit at the Baltimore Convention Center.
    2. Option 2: Alternatively, you can take a taxi, rideshare, or walk from Penn Station to the hotel (approximately 1.2 miles).
Cost: Approximately $7 (MARC Train fare)
Duration: 45-60 minutes (depending on method from Penn Station)


Option 3: Bus Route

  1. Bus 75:
    1. Take MTA Bus Route 75 from the BWI Terminal towards downtown Baltimore.
    2. You’ll be dropped off near the Baltimore Convention Center or Charles Center, both of which are close to the Lord Baltimore Hotel.
  2. Walking to the Lord Baltimore Hotel:
    1. From the bus stop, the hotel is a 5-10 minute walk.

Cost: Approximately $2 (one-way fare)
Duration: 50-60 minutes (including walking)
